Hazard Community & Technical College

The Kentucky Coal Academy invites you to its program at Hazard Community and Technical College’s (HCTC) Vo-Tech Drive campus, primarily serving residents of Perry, Breathitt, Leslie, Knott, Lee, Wolfe and Owsley counties, all located in coal country. Our program and instructors have a long history in partnering with business and industry to train safe, productive new miners and upgrading skills and meeting retraining needs of miners who are currently employed.
